I know first hand what happens when you build from hustle, adrenalin and exertion - it’s burn-out city. I ALSO know what it’s like to create from flow, inspiration and intention (I prefer the latter).
The Boss Goddess podcast and Boss-Goddess.co programs and offerings all aim to guide you towards attuning to the latter. We combine my background in Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching with my own Attunement Guidance™ techniques and marry that with my 13 years of podcast industry expertise to bring you a very unique conversation and strategic pathway forward to building brands and businesses that follow your flow, and gently meet you where you are.
My approach has always been grounded in authenticity and intention first — helping women creatively use podcasting to clarify their message, build trust, and create sustainable growth without burning out or forcing themselves into a structure or way of creating that doesn’t feel like them.
I believe real success is created with fulfillment in mind and sometimes that means breaking a few rules.
