      I’m Christina Barsi (everyone just calls be “Barsi”) — founder of Boss-Goddess.co and a podcast strategist and guide for women building heart-led brands and businesses on their own terms.

      I’ve been working in podcasting for 13 years now, launching and producing shows long before it became cool or mainstream. My approach has always been grounded in authenticity and intention first — helping women creatively use podcasting to clarify their message, build trust, and create sustainable growth without burning out or forcing themselves into a structure or way of creating that doesn’t feel like them.

      I believe real success is created with fulfillment in mind and sometimes that means breaking a few rules.

      I’m also a certified creativity coach and self-attunement guide, and I believe the way you build matters just as much as what you build. Podcasting, when used intentionally, offers a rare opportunity to grow from alignment — allowing clarity, confidence, and momentum to unfold as you create.
